Hello, my name is Jesse Newman.

I am the owner of Casey Home Inspections, a business with a long-standing history of serving homeowners and buyers throughout the community. The business was originally founded in 2007 by Howard Casey, who completed more than 9,200 home inspections during his time as owner.

I had the privilege of working alongside Howard for more than three years, participating in hundreds of inspections and learning firsthand the importance of conducting thorough, honest, and professional home inspections. When Howard decided it was time to retire, he offered me the opportunity to purchase the business and carry on the reputation he had built over the years. I was honored to accept that opportunity and have now been operating Casey Home Inspections for more than a year.

At Casey Home Inspections, we are AHIT certified and fully insured, and we follow InterNACHI standards and guidelines throughout our inspection process and reporting. Our goal is to provide every client with a detailed, unbiased, and easy-to-understand inspection that gives them a clear picture of the property's condition.

We take pride in being thorough and looking beyond the obvious. Our inspections are designed to identify the home's strengths, deficiencies, potential concerns, and areas that may require future attention. When possible, we also provide practical recommendations and solutions so our clients can better understand their options and make informed decisions.

My background in the construction industry is a major part of what led me to become a home inspector. I have more than a decade of hands-on experience in a wide range of construction-related fields, including roofing, framing, concrete structures, insulation, siding, drainage, and more. This experience allows me to approach each inspection with a practical understanding of how homes are built, how their systems work together, and where potential problems may develop.

Buying a home is one of the largest investments most people will ever make. I genuinely enjoy helping clients understand that investment and giving them the information they need to make confident decisions about their homes and their family's future.
