He went above and beyond with explaining in detail what everything meant and how to proceed forward. He left us with resources and offered his help with any questions or concerns in the future. He inspected a home in Lansing for us and was prompt, personable and incredibly thorough, spending several hours with us and answering ALL my MANY questions.
